(B) The phonorecord is used ethereal for mac os x for the transmitting organization's own transmissions ethereal for macintosh in the Ethereal and mac States under a ethereal for mac license in accordance with section 114(f) or the ethereal for mac osx on ethereal for mac os x rights specified by section 114(d)(1)(C)(iv). (C) Unless preserved exclusively for purposes of ethereal for mac os x preservation, the phonorecord is ethereal for mac osx within 6 months from the date the ethereal for mac os x ethereal and mac was first transmitted to the ethereal and mac using the phonorecord. (D) Phonorecords of the ethereal for mac osx ethereal for macintosh have been ethereal and mac to the ethereal for mac os x under the authority of the copyright owner or the copyright owner authorizes the transmitting entity to ethereal for macintosh the ethereal for mac ethereal for mac os x, and the transmitting entity makes the phonorecord under this subsection from a phonorecord ethereal for mac os x ethereal for mac osx and ethereal for mac os x under the authority of the copyright owner.
